Return Policy

We strive for you to be fully satisfied with your online purchase.

If you are not satisfied with any item you purchased, you may return the item within 60 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus original shipping fees. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.

Please include the item you are returning and all product tags with your return. Returned items must be unworn and undamaged.

Exchanges are not accepted at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the item by following the return Instructions on the packing slip then re-order a new item.

Our return policy applies to Jordache.com online orders only. Jordache items purchased from other retailers must be returned to the store where it was originally purchased and are subject to the return policy of that retailer.

How to Return

1. Pre-Paid Label (U.S. Orders Only)

You may return items to our online store using a pre-paid USPS shipping label.

To request a label, please email our Customer Service team at customerservice@jordache.com and include:

  • Subject line: Return Request

  • Body of email: Order Number, Name, Phone Number, and Reason for Return


Timing

  • Transit: Pre-paid USPS return packages typically take 5–7 business days to reach us, depending on the originating address.

  • Processing: Once received, please allow 2–3 business days for us to process your return.

  • Bank Refund: Refunds are released to the original billing account after processing. Banks may take up to 3 business days to post the credit.

Please allow up to 2 weeks total for the refund to appear online, or up to 2 billing statements for it to be reflected on your account.
